<p><strong>Addis Ababa, January 15, 2024</strong> – Babul Keyer USA has reached a remarkable milestone: 68,600 individuals have received clothing through the organization's distribution programs over the past five years.</p><p>From warm winter coats to new holiday outfits, from cultural dresses for New Year celebrations to school uniforms for children, each item of clothing represents dignity restored and hope renewed.</p><p>"I remember the joy on my children's faces when they received new clothes for the holiday," says Mulu, a mother of three. "For so long, they had worn only hand-me-downs with holes. Seeing them smile in clothes that fit, that were clean and new – that is a memory I will cherish forever."</p><p>The clothing program includes special distributions for holidays: cultural dresses (habesha kemis) for more than 80 women for the Ethiopian New Year, winter clothing for those facing cold months, and holiday outfits for Ramadan, Easter, and Eid celebrations.</p><p>Building on this success, Babul Keyer USA plans to expand its clothing and winter support program to reach 70,000 vulnerable individuals, ensuring even more families can experience the dignity of warm, appropriate clothing.</p>
