Food Security & Nutrition Program

Providing daily nutritious meals to the most vulnerable communities in Addis Ababa, ensuring no one goes to bed hungry.

Daily Feeding Program

Since 2019, Babul Keyer USA has been operating a daily feeding program that serves 5,000 direct beneficiaries twice a day. This flagship initiative ensures that elderly individuals, women, children, and the poorest of the poor have dignified access to food regardless of their faith or background.

The program operates from our main center in Addis Ketema and our second facility near Ababa Bekela Stadium. We never miss a single day of feeding, providing consistent nutritional support to those who need it most.

Key Activities:

  • Two nutritious meals daily for 5,000 beneficiaries
  • Special Iftar meals throughout Ramadan
  • Holiday meat distributions during Easter and Aduhiya
  • Nutritional monitoring and support for vulnerable groups
