Ethiopia is facing an unprecedented hunger crisis. Inflation has reached record highs, unemployment soars, and thousands of families who once had steady incomes now queue for food aid. Babul Keyer USA is on the front lines, but our resources are stretched to the breaking point. We are currently serving 5,000 direct beneficiaries daily, with 12,000 indirect beneficiaries depending on us for sanitation supplies and emergency support. But for every person we help, three more are turned away due to lack of resources. Women-headed households, elderly without family support, orphaned children, and disabled individuals are the most affected. This is not just a statistic—these are human lives hanging in the balance. We need an immediate infusion of emergency funds to expand our operations and prevent starvation in our community.
